Paso Robles, California

I've had the opportunity to visit Paso Robles twice, once in August 2022 and this past January.  Paso Robles, a wine region tucked in California's Central Coast, has earned a global reputation primarily for its exceptional Cabernet Sauvignon and Bordeaux-style blends.

With the help of its unique terroir, Paso Robles' winemakers have utilized the unique combination of its diurnal temperature swings (warm days and cool nights), coupled with diverse soil types, to cultivate Cabernet Sauvignon grapes that yield world-class wines. The region's ability to balance traditional winemaking techniques with innovative approaches results in rosé wines that consistently deliver robust flavors, rich complexity, and exquisite balance.
